Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Arkansas who has been practicing since 1988. As people, throughout our lives we may encounter challenges such as low self-esteem, loss, struggles in our families, depression, anxiety, coping with trauma and/or abuse, anger, worry, stress management, and even communicating our thoughts and feelings to those important in our lives. At times we need an outside perspective, support, empowerment, and maybe just someone to listen to us, when life seems hard or complicated.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, friendly, honest, and, above all, genuine. I draw from evidence‐based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and, for those who desire it, I weave in a Christian counseling perspective. I collaborate with clients to explore their values, identify patterns, and practice new ways of relating both to themselves and to others.

What you can expect from me

After sessions, you will be empowered to reclaim peace, connection, and purpose in your life. You can expect to build resilience against anxiety and depression, strengthen self‐esteem, heal from past wounds, and enhance your ability to communicate, relate, and live more fully.
