Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist who believes that everyone is capable of growth, healing, and resiliency. I also believe that everyone can heal through self-exploration and a deeper look into how their experiences have affected their thinking, behavior, and life. Through self-exploration, clients can achieve the level of resolve and happiness they desire. I enjoy working with adults with depression (sadness), anxiety, bipolar disorder (extreme mood swings), and life transitions (graduation, birth, menopause, retirement, relationships (communication, adjusting to life after giving birth, coping with aging).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal growth and well-being using a holistic approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. My approach is tailored to each client's needs, ensuring a supportive and empowering experience conveniently in their environment.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients leave sessions feeling a little relief and optimistic after venting their feelings in a safe space, exploring viable options to address their issue, and assurance knowing they can return at their next session to follow up.
