Great to meet you!
🧭 At times, everyone feels disconnected. I look forward to creating a space where connection heals, a place where we work together to recalibrate your inner compass and find direction through connection.
I specialize in supporting individuals whose lives revolve around caring for others, whether professionally or personally, caregivers, parents, or those working in healthcare, emergency services, education, or social services. Many find themselves in roles where they’re the emotional anchor, the steady one, the person others turn to in times of need.
These roles come with unique pressures: always being on, long shifts, emotional labor, ethical dilemmas, and quiet moments of doubt that linger long after the workday ends. Being a compass for others can leave your own sense of direction feeling blurred.
It’s common for helpers to experience anxiety, depression, burnout, or a deep sense of disconnection. And yet, asking for support can feel risky, especially in environments where vulnerability is misunderstood or stigmatized. I understand that workplace culture and societal expectations often reinforce the notion that vulnerability is a sign of weakness. It’s not. Seeking help is a courageous act of self-preservation and a powerful step toward healing.
In therapy, you’ll find a space where your needs are prioritized, your experiences are understood, and your healing is possible. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
