Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) with nine years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to adults. I earned my MSW at Howard University and my B.A. in Psychology at The College of St. Rose. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and tailored to each individual's unique needs, utilizing proven therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT. I utilize these modalities to help people build emotional regulation skills, process traumatic experiences, and develop practical strategies for sustainable change.

What you can expect from me
