Great to meet you!

I have worked and lived a long life. I had many professional experiences with folks age 5-105. I have worked with urban and rural clients in various settings (community health, social services and the court system).

I enjoy challenges, in that, whatever the presenting situation, we will work together to figure it out and resolve the outcome. You matter and deserve to have some happiness in your life. My life motto is, "I am because we are, we are because I am." ~West African Proverb

My approach to therapy

I work on establishing a rapport with all my clients so they feel comfortable, heard, accepted, appreciated and validated.

My approach attempts to understand a person's early life and how this influences the here and now, especially in relationships.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to leave feeling informed, secure, accepted, appreciated, validated and affirmed.
