Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable quickly and appreciate that I’m relatable and easy to talk to. I work with people navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together while figuring things out. My approach is supportive, practical, and down-to-earth, so you feel like you’re talking to a real person and not being analyzed or judged. Humor often finds it's way into sessions. Laughter is great medicine even in the worst of times. I provide virtual therapy to clients across Delaware, including Lewes, Milton, and the Wilmington/Newark area.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real life. I work alongside clients to better understand their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and build emotional resilience during challenging times. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive counseling, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and goals. I aim to create a safe, respectful space where clients can feel supported as they move toward greater stability and self-confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we focus on understanding what brings them to therapy and what they hope to change. I take time to learn about your concerns, strengths, and goals while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together we begin identifying practical next steps and coping strategies that can support you right away. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful about the path forward.
