Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with diverse populations on issues related to sex and relationships, LGBTQ+ issues, women’s issues, attachment, as well as helping clients navigate body image, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a weight-neutral therapist, I embrace the Health at Every Size (HAES) model, focusing on well-being rather than weight.

My approach to therapy

I provide evidence-based mental health services for adults and couples, fostering personal and relational healing. My therapeutic approach integrates attachment theory, narrative therapy, ACT, DBT, CPT, and more while using a feminist therapy lens. My approach recognizes the inherent worth and dignity of every individual.

What you can expect from me

My approach focuses on your strengths and fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship. In our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental and supportive space where you can feel heard, validated, and where your story is honored. Together, we will identify your goals and explore patterns in your life and relationships that are making you feel stuck to work towards meaningful change and personal growth. You can text (4053844548) or email me ([email protected]) to discuss scheduling!
