Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Cheyenne. I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is taking the time to truly understand someone's story before trying to help them change it.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring over a decade of behavioral health experience serving adolescents and adults across hospitals, correctional behavioral health, schools, and community mental health. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that healing begins with connection, compassion, and meeting people where they are—not where others think they should be. Together, we'll build on your strengths and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you build resilience and develop practical coping skills.

I also have experience supporting individuals impacted by incarceration and involvement with the criminal justice system, including challenges related to life transitions, rebuilding relationships, and finding stability after difficult chapters. Together, we'll focus on meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

I appreciate you taking the time to be here today and choosing to invest in yourself.

Reaching out for support isn't always easy, and I don't take for granted the trust it takes to begin this process.

We'll have a conversation about what's bringing you in, what's important to you, and where you'd like to see change. My goal is for our first session to feel more like a conversation than an interview, so you can share at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and with the reassurance that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
