I am Chinwe Ohaka, MSN, APRN, PMHNP, with over 17 years of experience in healthcare, including 9 years as a certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult and Psychiatric Mental Health. Throughout my career, I have served in various clinical roles in Outpatient Psychiatry, Neurology Clinics, and Crisis Centers, making significant contributions to mental health care in the Metro Detroit Area.

As a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to a holistic, patient-centered approach. I integrate psychotherapy and psychopharmacology in collaboration with other professionals to create personalized treatment plan tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, Psychosis, mood disorders and sleep difficulties. During our initial sessions we will work together into the issues at hand, collaborate and create a plan using the patient-centered care approach.
