Great to meet you!

As someone from a biracial and multicultural background, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of identity, belonging, and self-worth. I know how challenging it can be to navigate life feeling like you don’t quite fit in. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment and begin to reconnect with your most authentic self.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, somatic, and integrative approach to therapy, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I tailor each session to your unique needs, helping you connect with all parts of yourself, mind, body, and inner world, so that healing and transformation can take root.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a grounded, compassionate presence and a collaborative space to grow. We'll work together to uncover the root of your challenges, build insight, and develop tools for lasting change. Whether you're working through past wounds, navigating life transitions, or exploring your identity, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and intention.
