Great to meet you!

In the 5 years of clinical experience as a provider, I learned to care for my patients holistically, both mind and body. As a doctoral prepared, board-certified Psych NP. my priority is to help you restore your mental wellbeing, offering a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are seeking individual therapy, medication management, or a combination of both, I am committed to helping you achieve optimal mental health. Together we will devise a treatment plan based on your individual needs.

My approach to therapy

My greatest strengths as a provider are my empathy, active listening, and ability to create a safe, open environment where clients feel comfortable sharing. I’m also skilled at tailoring approaches to fit individual needs, using evidence-based strategies to empower clients and support their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’d like to achieve. We’ll discuss your current challenges, explore your mental health history, and start building a plan to support your goals and well-being.
