Great to meet you!

You don't have to carry everything by yourself. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, family stress, or feeling overwhelmed by life, you'll find a therapist who truly listens. I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) and bring over seven years of progressive behavioral health experience in community settings and hospitals, helping people through some of life's most difficult moments. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and the kind of chronic stress that accumulates when life gets complicated - including the stress that comes from navigating cultural identity, family dynamics, and health challenges that don't get talked about enough. I'm particularly passionate about working with adults who've been managing everything on their own for too long and are finally ready to get some real support. My approach is compassionate, practical, and judgment-free. Together, we'll focus on what matters most to you - not just your symptoms.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should help you feel better - not judged. I combine evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care with genuine human connection. I'll help you understand what's happening, identify patterns holding you back, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. We work as a team, at your pace, toward goals that matter to you.

What you can expect from me

Expect a conversation - not an interrogation or checklist. I'll take time to understand your story, what's bringing you in, and what you hope will change. You'll have space to be yourself without pressure or judgment. Before you leave, we'll have a clear plan and realistic next steps so you know exactly where we're headed together.
