Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over three years of outpatient therapy experience who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have experience working with OCD and neurodivergence. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and tailored to you. Reaching out can be the hardest part, so I’m really glad you’re here. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to handle what life throws your way.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach and meet you where you are. I use evidence-based tools like CBT, Motivational interviewing, and ACT, while keeping therapy flexible and personalized to your needs. I value open communication and creating a space where you feel comfortable being honest, supported, and sometimes gently challenged.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start with an initial session to get to know you, your goals, and what’s been weighing on you. From there, we’ll build practical tools you can use in your daily life while also creating space to process and reflect. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
