Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. In our work together, you won’t be expected to have it all figured out or explain everything perfectly. My goal is to offer a grounded, respectful, and collaborative space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely heard.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, curious, and compassionate, while also being practical and direct when that’s helpful. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including cognitive and insight-oriented strategies, to help you understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how these connect to your relationships, stress, and past experiences. Together, we’ll clarify what you’re hoping for, explore what’s getting in the way, and build coping tools that actually fit your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on what brought you to therapy now and what you’d like to be different. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end, we’ll have a sense of your goals and whether working together feels like a good fit, along with clear next steps if you choose to continue.
