Great to meet you!

Aloha. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals navigating the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and life stressors. As a Pacific Islander and a veteran with a deep background in crisis work, I understand that seeking help takes courage and can feel like a thousand pound phone call—especially when you’re used to being the 'rock' for everyone else.

Whether we are working through stressors of daily life in the islands or service to country or community, my goal is to connect where you can feel safe enough to share your story.

I hold a Master of Social Work and have spent years on the front lines of crisis intervention. I believe that healing is a collaborative journey—one where your unique story and strengths lead the way. I look forward to walking this path with you.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a blend of clinical evidence and cultural understanding. My approach is trauma-focused care with CBT, walking with others to move past ‘survival mode' so that they can be present in their life today.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about connection. You won't be pushed to share your deepest traumas right away. Instead, we can focus on building a foundation of trust and safety. Think of this as a 'meet-and-greet'. We will spend our time discussing: Your story, Identifying any 'right now' stressors, and the roadmap of what you would like your life to look like.
