Great to meet you!

I have 25+ years working in Mental Health. I hold a Masters Degree from the University of Kentucky and am a fully licensed therapist in North Carolina. I have worked in a variety of settings with a variety of clients. Most recently, I served as the Clinical Supervisor for a community mental health company in North Carolina. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is my primary therapeutic framework. However, I have an eclectic approach in which I strive to connect with a client in a way that is meaningful for them.

My approach to therapy

I believe in supporting clients in making informed decisions by providing information, feedback and guided evaluation of choices so as to promote overall health and well-being.
