Great to meet you!

You don't have to have everything figured out to start. I'm a licensed psychologist in North Carolina working with experience working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the stress of everyday life. Whatever brought you here, you'll be met with patience and without judgment. I'd be glad to help you take the next step.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a practical, research-backed approach that helps you notice the thought patterns keeping you stuck and build new ways of responding. For clients healing from trauma, I use Trauma-Focused CBT, which moves at a pace that feels safe and helps you process hard experiences without being overwhelmed by them. Our sessions are collaborative: we set goals together, practice skills you can use between appointments, and adjust as you grow. I also support people living with ADHD, OCD, panic, bipolar disorder, and chronic health challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We'll meet by video from wherever you feel comfortable, talk about what's bringing you in, and start sketching out what you'd like to be different. There's no pressure to share everything at once. You'll leave with a clearer sense of how we'll work together and, I hope, feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
