Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed therapist who helps adults heal and cope with a variety of different mental health issues that originate in the nervous system. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected on the inside.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, EMDR for reprocessing, and attachment-based therapy. Together we gently identify the parts of you that learned to survive and help you reconnect to your core self with compassion instead of resistance. I am EMDR and IFS trained and have extensive experience with teens and adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the belief that symptoms are not problems to eliminate, but signals from parts of you that learned how to survive.

I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and attachment-based therapy. Together we gently explore the protective patterns that show up in anxiety, panic, shame, or emotional overwhelm and help your nervous system feel safe enough to soften.

What you can expect from me

We will start by talking about what led you to therapy and what you hope might feel different in your life. You do not need to share anything you are not ready for. I may ask gentle questions to understand your current stressors, emotional patterns, and what has or has not worked in the past. Before ending the first session, we will clarify goals and identify what would make therapy feel supportive for you. Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, steadier, and with a clearer sense of how our work together will unfold. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful of your pace, and focused on helping you feel less alone inside
