Welcome to my page! I am so happy that you have choose to do the work and secondly happy to be working with you. If you have chosen to work with me that means that you want someone that has experience and the potential to increase your personal growth in ways you would not have imagined. I have 18 plus years of experience working with adults, children and families. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. My speciality is work with divorces, children and families and those who have been in narcissistic relationships.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to therapy; I teach mindfulness in my approach and I use a lot of dialectical behavior therapy techniques to help my clients grow and flourish.
