Hello my name is Christian Carroll I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in both DE and PA. I have my Masters of Science from Capella University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work alongside my clients to help them through life difficulties such as major life changes, anxiety, family trauma, and depression. I love to assess what is helping and not helping my clients, then find unique clinical interventions that make real positive change.
I give my clients useful interventions and tools that can help them with different issues they are facing. I'm strength based practitioner that is an eclectic using different therapy modalities. I'm utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
Clients will gain perspective and tools they can use on a daily and weekly basis to help them deal with a lot of life challenges. Clients at times will get homework and practical steps they can follow to see achievable progress. As a clinician I create a therapeutic nurturing environment and I listen closely to create goals that my clients want to work on to help them to get a better place.
