Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel heard, and not feel judged. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and challenges with self-worth. I help my clients understand the deeper patterns behind what they’re experiencing, while giving them practical tools to create real change. My goal is not just to help you get through what you’re facing, but to help you grow, heal, and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms—it’s about understanding yourself, recognizing the patterns that keep recurring, and learning to respond differently. My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative, while still challenging you to grow and see things from a new perspective. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences, relationships, thoughts, and emotions have shaped where you are today, while building practical tools to help you move forward. I also welcome conversations around purpose, spirituality, identity, and becoming more aligned with the person you want to be when those areas are meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you—not just what brought you to therapy, but who you are and what you want for yourself moving forward. I create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can talk openly, ask questions, and simply be yourself. Together, we’ll identify what feels most important to work on and begin creating goals that make sense for your life. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and confident that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
