Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christian, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Oregon. I specialize in supporting older adults, family caregivers, and individuals living with chronic or serious illness, disability, dementia, and major life transitions. Later adulthood and caregiving often bring unique emotional challenges—grief and loss, changing roles and identities, health uncertainty, burnout, and questions about purpose and independence. These experiences can affect mental health differently than earlier stages of life, and they deserve thoughtful, specialized care. With nearly a decade of experience in the helping professions, 8 of those as a clinical social worker, I’ve supported adults across the lifespan as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship stress, and the emotional impact of long-term illness.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate, steady space to process difficult emotions, adapt to change, and reconnect with what matters most.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will prioritize identifying the gaps between the life you have now and the life you want. We will then move to identifying what's working and what isn't and begin to plot a course for your treatment. This includes identifying your goals and the steps you need to take to achieve them. Initial sessions are also focused on establishing mutual expectations to provide some predictability around the therapeutic process so you aren't left wondering "am I doing this right?"
