Great to meet you!

I’m the founder of LeBeau Possibilities, a name inspired by the French meaning of LeBeau—“the beautiful.” I believe that even in the midst of pain, therapy can open the door to beautiful possibilities for healing, growth, deeper connection, and meaningful change.

I don't believe you have to stay stuck in pain, disconnection, or old patterns. Together, we'll create space for every part of you to be welcomed, understood, and supported as you move toward the life and relationships you want.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have spent more than a decade helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and understood.

Outside of my work, I believe in practicing what I teach. You’ll often find me regulating and restoring my own nervous system by walking in the woods, kayaking on the water, gathering around a campfire, or getting completely absorbed in a good jigsaw puzzle.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal traumas—past or present, big or small—that are impacting your life today. I am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and informed by Polyvagal Theory, which are the primary modalities I use in therapy. I also integrate Brené Brown’s shame and vulnerability research and the Enneagram personality system to support self-understanding and transformation.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with getting to know your nervous system so it can guide us in approaching your challenges with safety and compassion. Healing becomes possible when you develop a relationship with all of your parts—the ones you value and the ones you wish were different. Through this process, you can experience greater self-trust, connection, and ease.
