Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy. I approach therapy with care, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique experience.

Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, and my aim is to offer a steady, supportive space where clients can explore what they’re carrying and move forward at a pace that feels right for them.

My approach to therapy

My work is informed by somatic and trauma-informed practices and integrates mindfulness and body-aware approaches. I support clients in developing greater awareness of how stress, emotions, and past experiences show up in both mind and body.

I believe each individual has the capacity for change, and therapy is a collaborative process. I work alongside clients with care and respect, offering guidance that is paced, grounded, and responsive to each person’s needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy and what feels most important to you right now. My aim is to create a space that feels steady, supportive, and paced with care.

You may begin to develop greater awareness of how stress and emotions show up in your body and nervous system, and we’ll explore what feels most helpful for you moving forward. There is no expectation to have everything figured out — the first session is a place to begin.
