Great to meet you!

With a trauma-informed approach, I guide clients in exploring patterns, strengthening relationships, and finding new ways of coping. My mission is to empower you to build better relationships and lead a more enriching life. The therapeutic relationship also offers a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. I also connect naturally with artists and creatives, drawing from my own background as a dance artist.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in somatic modalities, I help clients release stress, deepen self awareness, and feel more grounded in their bodies. This approach allows clients to integrate mind and body, supporting lasting emotional and physical well-being.

What you can expect from me

Additionally, I am committed to supporting the queer community, providing a safe and affirming space for all identities. Together, we will uncover the roots of your challenges and cultivate resilience. Whether processing trauma, addressing recent stressful events, or enhancing relationships, I am here to support you on your healing journey.
