Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Christina. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I have called North Carolina my home for most of my life. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Certified Career Services Provider with extensive experience in helping people like you navigate life’s challenges. Since becoming a counselor in 2009, I have had the privilege of working with adults facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and transitions in life and work.

My approach to therapy

I believe deeply in your ability to grow and change at any age and stage of life. No matter where you are on your journey, I am confident that we can work together to create meaningful change in your life. You do not have to face these challenges alone—I am here with you, offering support, guidance, and a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can truly be heard and validated.

I am passionate about empowering people to make satisfying, lasting changes. My work is inspired by the principles of empathy as taught by Brené Brown and the client-centered care approach of Carl Rogers. These foundations help me create a therapeutic environment where you feel valued and understood, and where we can explore the possibilities for your growth together.

What you can expect from me

I know how important it is to have a safe space to share, especially when life feels overwhelming. That is why I am committed to providing you with that space to explore, heal, and move forward with confidence and hope. Many of my clients gain insight, symptom reduction, and direction after four sessions.

We only have one life to live, and I believe it should be meaningful and fulfilling. I am here to help you create a life that reflects your authentic self, needs, values, and goals, even when you are experiencing despair. As Vivian Greene wisely said, “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.”

If you are ready to move toward change, I am ready with you. I am available to help you find the inner strength you need to navigate your unique journey. Book now, and we will get started.
