Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe you already carry the strength within you to heal, grow, and create the life you desire—sometimes you just need the right support along the way. Taking the step to begin therapy is a powerful act of courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in that process. With over five years of experience, I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach blends CBT, DBT, and somatic techniques within a trauma-informed, holistic framework to help you build practical tools while also fostering deeper healing. Guided by my faith in God, I bring compassion, grace, and intention into each session, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and truly empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe you already carry the strength within you to heal and grow, and my role is to support you in accessing that strength while providing guidance, tools, and insight along the way. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported at your own pace.

I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates CBT, DBT, and somatic techniques. This means we’ll work on understanding your thoughts and patterns, building practical skills for managing emotions, and tuning into how your experiences may be held in your body. I tailor each session to your unique needs, whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges.

For couples, I focus on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and helping both partners feel more connected and understood. I also welcome incorporating spirituality into our work if that’s meaningful to you, as my faith in God informs the compassion, grace, and intention I bring into each session. Above all, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming and safe space where you are heard, seen, and respected. We’ll start by getting to know you, understanding your goals, and exploring what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences, patterns, and strengths, and together we’ll begin identifying areas where change or growth feels most important to you.

My goal is to create a collaborative and empowering environment from the very start. You’ll leave the session with a clearer sense of the approach we’ll take, practical strategies you can begin to use, and a sense of hope and direction for your journey. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, I aim to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to take the next steps toward healing and meaningful change.
