I believe that given enough stress, any of us can struggle with our mental health. Grief, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, postpartum anxiety/depression, caregiving, or a challenging life transition may leave us feeling stuck. I take a holistic, strengths-based approach to help you navigate these and future life challenges by creating an individualized mental health toolkit. I am also offering a specialized set of sessions for those dealing with OCD and women with ADHD.
