Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they want to change.

Maybe you find yourself overthinking everything, struggling to trust others, feeling like you’re never good enough, or having difficulty setting boundaries. Maybe you’ve wondered why certain experiences from your past still affect you—or why you shut down, feel overwhelmed, or keep repeating patterns you want to change.

Sometimes, the experiences we’ve learned to minimize can still shape how we feel, think, and relate to others.

Therapy can be a space to understand the why behind your reactions, process what has happened, and develop a deeper sense of safety, self-trust, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, culturally responsive space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I believe healing happens in connection, and I work collaboratively to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Together, we’ll move at your pace as you reclaim a sense of safety, balance, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we’ll get to know each other and talk through what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask a few guiding questions to better understand your history, strengths, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. We’ll explore what feels most important for you right now and begin setting a foundation for the work ahead.
