Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christina. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps teens, families, and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and life’s high-stress seasons. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported — a place where you don’t have to hold it all together or figure things out alone.

In addition to private practice, I work in community crisis response, supporting individuals and families during difficult or overwhelming situations. This experience helps me stay calm, practical, and focused on what truly helps when life feels heavy.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, practical, and solution-focused. Clients often tell me they feel understood quickly and leave sessions with tools they can actually use — not just someone to talk to.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, trauma-informed care, and skills-based strategies to help you:

• manage anxiety and overthinking

• process trauma or stressful events

• improve family or teen relationships

• reduce burnout and emotional exhaustion

• feel more confident and in control again

What you can expect from me

Our first sessions focus on understanding your goals and creating a clear plan together. Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and practical — we’ll work on real-life strategies that fit your day-to-day life.

I currently offer convenient virtual sessions for clients across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Arizona.
