Hi. I'm Christina Mitcham, LCSW. I've spent over 20 years helping people heal from trauma and related symptoms like depression, anxiety, relationship issues and grief. I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and have extensive training in evidence based approaches like CBT, DBT, IFS, Somatic Experiencing and more. I specialize in complex trauma, dissociative disorders, personality disorders, and mood challenges. I am a certified DBT therapist and practice as a level 2 certified clinical trauma professional.
