Great to meet you!

I've specialized in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles for fifteen years. Whether you're dealing with intense emotions, overthinking everything, shutting down, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite break, therapy can be a space to finally make sense of it.

My approach to therapy

I’m trained and use a mixture of ARC, MI, CBT, Rogerian, and EMDR, these provide a powerful approach to help process trauma and reduce the emotional weight of past experiences. I also focus on attachment and nervous system regulation—basically helping your brain and body feel safer, more grounded, and more in control. But therapy with me isn’t just clinical—it’s real. I show up as a human first. That means I’ll meet you where you’re at, without judgment, and yes—sometimes with humor...because life is hard, and we can acknowledge that without making therapy feel heavy all the time.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to have the “perfect words” or even know exactly what’s wrong. We’ll figure it out together. If you're ready for a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow, I’d love to connect.
