Great to meet you!

From the outside, it may look like you have everything together, but internally you may feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, or constantly questioning if you’re doing “enough.” I specialize in working with high-achieving, thoughtful individuals who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and life transitions.

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist with over 10 years of experience providing individual therapy, and I am a board-approved clinical supervisor. I use evidence-based strategies such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral interventions, and exposure-based approaches to help clients better understand and shift unhelpful patterns. I also support clients through anxiety-related concerns including panic, phobias, OCD-related behaviors, sleep disruption, and chronic overthinking.

In addition to my clinical work, I bring several years of progressive HR leadership experience in healthcare. This background gives me a unique understanding of workplace stress, burnout, and organizational dynamics, which I integrate into my clinical work when relevant. I enjoy working with clients who work in high stress/emotional impact careers including but not limited to: those in the medical field, first responders, teachers, lawyers and therapists.

I’m also married and a mother of two, and I understand firsthand the complexity of balancing multiple roles while trying to take care of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My style is supportive but direct, I’ll be your cheerleader, but I will also ask the tough questions and help hold you accountable to the work of therapy. I have a strong interest in helping people navigate periods of transition and adjustment, whether personal, professional, or relational.

What you can expect from me

Even though my overall approach is more direct, in the beginning of any new therapeutic relationship my first job is to listen, learn your story, build trust and for us to establish therapeutic rapport. That foundation is essential to any direct work that may come later.
