Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Christina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that meaningful change happens when people feel both accepted and empowered to grow. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are—without judgment—and where therapy can be both supportive and practical. Clients often describe me as warm, kind, calm, and down-to-earth, with a sense of humor that helps make difficult conversations feel a little more manageable. I believe therapy doesn't have to be intimidating. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools that create lasting change both inside and outside the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions. I also have experience working with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and those who struggle with intense emotions, interpersonal difficulties, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns.

My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, CBT, and behavioral interventions. Together, we'll build skills to manage emotions, navigate relationships more effectively, tolerate distress, and create a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming conversation. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing what has brought you to therapy without fear of judgment.

We'll talk about what's been going on in your life, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, while also giving you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether we're a good fit.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, supportive approach and sense of humor. While we may discuss difficult topics, I strive to make therapy feel approachable and collaborative. Together, we'll begin building a roadmap for change and identify skills and strategies that support your growth and well-being.
