Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Oklahoma with over four years of clinical experience and more than 14 years of working with families, children, and individuals who struggle with mental illness. I have experience in helping clients cope with addictions, family conflicts, grief and loss, depression, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with more than just insight. They will leave with tools they can actually use in their daily life. My sessions are a balance of support and challenge. I hold space for people to process, but I also help them identify patterns, learn new coping strategies, and connect their choices to their values.

Clients can also expect me to keep it real. I am compassionate but straightforward. I bring in evidence based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT, but I tailor them so they make sense in everyday language, not just therapy jargon. Each session is meant to give people something practical they can apply, whether that is a new perspective, a skill to practice, or even just the relief of knowing they are not navigating it alone.
