Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2010. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—supporting clients through anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe therapy should be a safe and affirming space where you feel truly seen and heard, especially if that hasn’t always been your experience. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for change, I’m here to help you navigate your path with clarity and confidence. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

I am very Person Centered and firmly believe that my clients are the expert of their own lives. I am simply here to be support and to learn more about yourself.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients leave a session with me feeling heard and validated. It is very underestimated how much having support can make one feel better.
