Great to meet you!

Navigating a new or overwhelming health challenge—or simply trying to hold your daily life together—can leave you feeling entirely alone, even when surrounded by your family and friends.

I provide online therapy to adults of all ages across Michigan. I specialize in helping individuals manage intense life stressors, navigate major pivots, and process the unique emotional toll of health-related anxiety, acute trauma, TBIs, and chronic illness

Together, we will use a solution-focused approach, blending practical cognitive tools (CBT) with somatic (body-based) therapy and advanced trauma processing like the Flash Technique. My goal is to help you process the present moment while building a sustainable foundation so you can regain control of your life long-term.

When you are already physically and emotionally exhausted, reaching out for help is intimidating. Let's start with a relaxed, no-pressure call to see if we are good fit.

My Scheduling Approach:

  • Consultations: Available openings on my schedule reflect my availability for this initial 15-minute chat.
  • Ongoing Sessions: I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your life. We can set a recurring day and time, or schedule week-to-week if a strict routine is difficult to maintain.
  • Hours: I offer morning and afternoon appointments, Monday through Friday.

If you are ready to take a gentle step forward, browse my calendar to book your consultation today.

My approach to therapy

I believe true healing requires more than just talking about a problem—it requires building awareness and creating concrete avenues for change. Because intense stress and trauma often get trapped in the physical nervous system, traditional talk therapy alone is rarely enough.

Instead, we work collaboratively to build nervous system awareness, identify real-world solutions, and help you regain control of your life.

I use a blend of evidence-based tools tailored to your unique needs:

  • Solution-Focused Therapy: Goal-directed strategies utilizing your existing strengths to build a clear path forward.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Practical mindset strategies to manage daily stress and shift overwhelming thought patterns.
  • Somatic Therapy: Body-based techniques to release trapped physical tension, chronic stress, and anxiety.
  • Flash Technique: Advanced, gentle trauma processing to reduce the emotional distress of difficult memories without forcing you to re-live them.

Ultimately, therapy with me is a partnership. I provide a warm, judgment-free virtual space where we move at your pace, giving you concrete tools to restore balance and well-being.

What you can expect from me

What to expect in our first session:

Our first meeting is all about collaboration, connection, and pacing things comfortably for you. We will briefly handle logistics and answer any questions you have. From there, I will gently guide you through questions about your background, history, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we will look at your current life stressors while actively identifying your inherent strengths.

What you can consistently expect from me:

  • Empathetic Pacing: You only share what feels comfortable. We move entirely at your speed.
  • Forward Momentum: We establish a clear sense of direction in our very first session, and carry that steady progress into ongoing sessions so you always feel you are moving toward your goals
  • Balanced Care: We blend talking through challenges with practical solutions and mind-body connection strategies
  • Sustained Hope: My ultimate goal is that you leave our first—and all—sessions feeling hopeful about your future.
