I provide online therapy to adults of all ages across Michigan. I specialize in helping individuals manage intense life stressors, navigate major pivots, and process the unique emotional toll of health-related anxiety, acute trauma, TBIs, and chronic illness
Together, we will use a solution-focused approach, blending practical cognitive tools (CBT) with somatic (body-based) therapy and advanced trauma processing like the Flash Technique. My goal is to help you process the present moment while building a sustainable foundation so you can regain control of your life long-term.

- Consultations: Available openings on my schedule reflect my availability for this initial 15-minute chat.
- Ongoing Sessions: I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your life. We can set a recurring day and time, or schedule week-to-week if a strict routine is difficult to maintain.
- Hours: I offer morning and afternoon appointments, Monday through Friday.
