Great to meet you!

My Story & Passion!

Hi, I'm Christine. Before I was your provider, I was a woman who knew something wasn't right and couldn't find the words for it. My body wasn't responding the way it used to. It felt like it was doing its own thing, and I didn't know this body anymore.

What brought me back was the same range of support I now offer other women: therapy, changes to how I lived, my faith, and yes, medication when I needed it. I came through it. And that's exactly why I do this work.

When a woman sits with me and can't explain what she's feeling, I understand. Not just clinically, but personally. I've spent over 20 years working with women, and I built my practice around the place most providers don't reach: where hormones and mental health meet. I also work with high-performing athletes, a world I know firsthand from my years as a competitive bodybuilder.

We are not meant to suffer alone, and not in silence. And you are not broken.

My approach to therapy

How I Support You!

The way I see it, you're the driver. This is your health, your life, your decisions, and you set the direction. I'm here to help you steer.

I'll never push or force anything on you. I'll offer my guidance, and together we'll find the path that fits your life. That might mean therapy, lifestyle changes, hormonal work, or medication if you need it and want it. Medication is never the end all be all. It's one tool in the toolbox, available when it helps, never forced. If faith matters to you, I'm glad to bring faith-based support into our work too.

What I won't do is hand you a diagnosis and a prescription before we've had a real conversation. You deserve to be heard first. Always your choice. We do it together.

What you can expect from me

What You’ll Gain from Our Sessions!

Your first session is unhurried. It's a comprehensive evaluation and a space to tell your full story without being rushed. We'll talk through what's happening now, your hormonal and mental health history, what you've already tried, and what hasn't worked.

You can expect to feel genuinely heard. By the end, you'll have clarity on my impressions, my initial recommendations, and a plan we've built together for what comes next.

Most of all, you'll know you're not alone in this. You'll leave with more than a prescription. What I found for myself, and what I want for you, is the chance to rediscover the parts of you that got lost or forgotten, and to find new things too. To come to know yourself better. And to love who you find.
