Great to meet you!

Would you like personalized guidance in gaining Mindful Momentum towards your desires and realizing your greatest potential? Are you ready to show up for yourself by scheduling time to address your needs and engage in a path of healing and growth? I would be honored to hold space for you and guide you. YOU DESERVE to realize the best you and experience peace, joy, love, and freedom!

I am a Holistic Mental Health Therapist and I like to treat all dimensions of my clients in order to achieve true sustainable balance, growth, and healing. My goal is to assist you in aligning all areas of yourself as our mind, body, spirit, and emotions are all connected and affecting one another constantly. That's right! Mental health is not just in your brain! We can address the physical body, trapped emotions, energetic and spiritual components to bring you into Harmony :) I would like to help you release emotional and other barriers and bring you into alignment so that you can visualize and feel without doubt your best self and fulfill desires for your life.

My approach to therapy

My favorite methods of treatment and interventions include Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy(ACT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Inner Child & Heart Space Meditation, Breathwork, Nutrition for mental health, Nature healing, Energy psychology, Somatic experiencing, Polyvagal theory and Yoga/Movement based practices.

Allow me to assist you with individualized treatment, goal setting, and support to keep you on your path and journey to your highest self.

What you can expect from me

In our initial intake session you can expect me to gather information about your symptoms and history and get an understanding of your goals for therapy.

In follow up therapy sessions you can expect to start with a check in and then begin addressing whatever we collaboratively decide is best to work on that day. This might be done with talk therapy or various interventions or exercises depending on what we are working on and treating.
