Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina and a National Board Certified Counselor.

My clinical experience includes working in an integrative group mental health practice, and currently, I provide psychotherapy to individuals in a private practice setting online via telemental health. I hold a Graduate Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a National Board Certified Counselor as well as a member of the American Counseling Association.

My approach to therapy

Through a holistic framework and evidence-based counseling approaches, you will be invited to tap into your strengths and overcome obstacles that may be keeping you “stuck” and preventing you from reaching your goals.

In our work together, I carefully integrate methods of treatment and personalize approaches because I believe in the uniqueness of each individual. Depending on your situation, I will support you through shorter or longer-term objectives.

What you can expect from me

My counseling style is empathetic, warm, non-judgmental, and honest. I will listen to you and help you find solutions, build on your strengths, create resiliency, and improve your relationships. We'll work together to help you feel healthier and happier.
