Great to meet you!

I work with children and adults from a variety of backgrounds, helping them cope with many life challenges or different diagnoses. I often use mindfulness principles and tapping to help individuals process emotions related to trauma or chronic issues. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems at times. When I am working in person with children I also use play and art as tools in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I like to meet clients where they are at and get to know not only what brings them in to therapy but what has kept them going for so long without it. I try to be mindful of client interests and although I have a couple of tools that work really well for me with most of my clients, I like to be open to doing things in a different way that will meet an individual's needs.

What you can expect from me

I hope that all my clients leave a session feeling validated, respected, and more hopeful. Progress can be up and down, but my goal is that progress is expected and significant.
