I enjoy supporting girls and women as they navigate change, build confidence, and discover their self-worth. I believe that when you recognize the strength and power you carry within you, you can begin to create meaningful change in your life.
My approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses to stress. Together, we'll develop practical tools to help you adjust to life's changes while staying connected to your values and creating meaningful, lasting growth.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment where we'll begin getting to know one another. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, learn about your experiences, and explore the goals you hope to achieve. You already carry so much strength within you. My role is to help you recognize it, access it, and use it to create the change you desire.
