Great to meet you!

I enjoy supporting women who are navigating life transitions, whether that involves changes in relationships, career, motherhood, identity, or other significant life events. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can process change, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses to stress. Together, we'll develop practical tools to help you adjust to life's changes while staying connected to your values and creating meaningful, lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment where we'll begin getting to know one another. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, learn about your experiences, and explore the goals you hope to achieve.

My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and empowered with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
