I work with people already doing the work and ready to go further: high achievers, creatives, and neurodivergent adults wanting clarity and direction, not just relief. My approach blends solutions-focused work, mindset shifts, and a culturally grounded lens shaped by my experience as a late-diagnosed autistic clinician.
I provide a culturally and neurodivergent affirming space for individuals to explore, unpack, and work through life's hardships in a way that addresses the impact on our bodies, minds, communities, and spirits.
