Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christine Kalu, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience. I work with both adults and children, offering compassionate care for anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you or your child feel heard and cared for. I provide personalized evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

My approach is to create a trusting, collaborative relationship where I listen closely to your needs and concerns. I focus on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and tailor care to your unique situation. Whether through therapy, medication, or lifestyle changes, I work with you to find what helps you feel your best. Your well-being is always my top priority, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a clear understanding of their medication options and how they fit into their overall mental health plan. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I’ll work closely with you to monitor medication effectiveness, adjust dosages, and address any side effects. You’ll gain confidence in managing your treatment, feel supported in making informed decisions, and have a trusted partner in navigating your mental health journey.
