Great to meet you!

With 27 years of private practice experience, I have helped adults, adolescents, and families, navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and much more. My approach is empowering and solution oriented. I meet you exactly where you are, focus on what you can realistically change, and help you build practical steps toward what matters most. My style is fully accepting and nonjudgmental, so you can show up as you are. If that sounds like what you need, I would love to connect.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative, supportive, and practical way drawing primarily on Solution Focused Brief Therapy ( SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I meet each person exactly where they are, creating a space that is accepting, nonjudgmental, and grounded in respect. Rather than dwelling on what is wrong, we focus on what is already working, what you want more of, and the practical steps that will get you there. My goal is to help you build real insight, effective strategies, and the confidence to navigate whatever comes next.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you in. We’ll talk about your goals, your strengths, and what you hope to change or improve. I’ll ask questions at a comfortable pace, and you’re free to share only what feels right. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what our work together can look like moving forward. When you are ready, I invite you to schedule a free consultation with me.
