Great to meet you!

  • I believe therapy can be a space for healing, growth, and even laughter. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, find your voice, and bring out the parts of you that may have gotten lost along the way. I work with clients ages 5 and up and strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe being yourself. Therapy is your journey, and I’m here to support and walk alongside you as you navigate it.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized and holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that no two people or families are the same. I consider the whole person as well as the family and systems that may influence their experiences. Depending on your needs and goals, I may incorporate systemic, humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. We’ll work collaboratively to identify what feels most helpful for you, regularly evaluate your progress, and adjust our approach as your needs evolve.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not just what brought you to therapy, but who you are and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll talk about your needs, expectations, and goals for therapy while beginning to build a relationship where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable. Together, we’ll create an initial therapy plan and discuss what our work together may look like moving forward.
