Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in unhelpful patterns of thinking? You don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work with adults who want to feel more balanced, confident, and in control of their lives, but aren’t sure where to start. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that are getting in your way and gently build new ways of coping so you can move toward the life you want with more ease and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

With over 10 years of experience, my style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and goal-oriented. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while building motivation for meaningful change. In our first session, we’ll move at your pace, clarify what’s bringing you in, and create a plan that feels realistic and tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to feel more grounded and hopeful—and to have a therapist who is both practical and genuinely caring—I’d be honored to work with you. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear “goal” to get started; we can figure that out together. Reach out to schedule a first session so you can experience what it’s like to feel heard, understood, and supported.
