Great to meet you!

Mind and body are connected, and because of this, I like to address both to improve well-being. Lifestyle factors over medications. Facing trauma carefully instead of trying to ignore it.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with holding space and building a genuine, supportive relationship, because healing happens in connection. I believe the brain is part of the body, and the mind cannot fully heal if the body is ignored, so care often includes attention to both emotional and physical experience. I use trauma-informed approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy and trauma-informed yoga, to support regulation, insight, and resilience. I also believe group therapy can be a powerful path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to assess the client and see if we can potentially work together.
