I have over 12 years of experience providing therapy to teens and young adults struggling with symptoms of ASD, ADHD, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, executive functioning, and self-esteem. I want you to know how our brain works so you have the correct language of what you are experiencing and deconstruct harmful thinking patterns. My goal is to help you feel more confident, emotionally regulated, and understood. I value Mindfulness and am knowledgeable of a variety of therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Family Systems Approaches.
