Great to meet you!

Are you looking for support to navigate a planned or unplanned life transition? Or perhaps feeling lost upon realizing that you seemed to have “misplaced” your SELF while simply living life? With over 25 years in practice, I helps clients both individual and couples, navigate life transitions with mindfulness and compassion, recover a sense of Self, and live in your most authentic, well-lived Life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with the inner voice, and better understand the patterns, emotions, or experiences that may be getting in the way. I help support clients to reach new goals and identify "blind spots" with compassion and understanding of the protective function it plays. With this awareness, you are able to choose how you show up in your life.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative, with room for both depth and humor.
